This Tuscan-style home was originally a spec home and featured as one of the Kiro 7 Concept homes on Mercer Island, WA. As a showhouse, it was open for tours and helped raise money for The Pratt Fine Arts Center in Seattle, WA. We incorporated work from local artisans and focused on a warm Tuscan-inspired color palette. Forged steel accents, hand-troweled plaster walls, custom glass sinks, and fine artwork combined for an elegant and inviting home. The graceful entryway pulled visitors into the space. And the spiral staircase with Venetian plastered accents caught the eye right away. The home sold immediately following the successful tour.
