Originally built in 1955 and previously updated in 2012, the home has been reimagined to move away from its dark, traditional aesthetic toward a bright, contemporary style better suited for entertaining.

Drawing on extensive experience with Pacific Northwest lakeside properties, Dana incorporated regional elements such as wood, steel, glass, and earth-toned durable materials. To brighten the interior, we refreshed the color palette by painting millwork and walls, and replaced dark flooring, columns, and patterned wallpaper with clean lines. The new kitchen, mudroom, laundry room, and bathrooms now feature white oak in a dark charcoal finish with reeded detailing to provide warmth and contrast.

The design is further enhanced by a curated collection of furniture, artwork, and custom lighting. Outside, a new swimming pool and cabana were added to harmonize with the main home’s exterior palette. The resulting revitalized property is a true celebration of waterfront living and artful serenity.
